These quality 12 inch boots meet ASTM F2413-05, Section 1 standards for toe Impact/75 and Compression/75; Section 2 for Metatarsal, and Section 5 for Puncture protection. The built-in FLEX-GARD metatarsal guards float on top of the foot for flexible protection. The knurled, high abrasion metatarsal and heel overlays make for longer wear, while the SAFE-STEP puncture resistant midsoles are stainless steel and provide maximum protection.
