PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Rapid Set® Stucco Patch is a durable, fast setting patching material for stucco repair. When mixed with water, Stucco Patch produces a rich, easy to apply mixture with excellent bonding characteristics. Stucco Patch is formulated with a premium grade hydraulic cement, high performance water-soluble polymers, and high quality aggregates. Stucco Patch is specially formulated to provide a simple, user friendly application that can easily be textured to match a variety of stucco surfaces. Stucco Patch can be painted as soon as it is dry to provide a one-hour stucco repair solution. Due to the advanced non-shrink formulation, Stucco Patch can be used for full-depth repairs in a single application.

USES:
Stucco Patch is used for the repair of cracks, holes and voids in stucco surfaces. Stucco Patch is weather resistant, and can be used for exterior and interior stucco surfaces. Stucco Patch is compatible with most primers, paints, and topcoats.

The final color of Stucco Patch and other cementitious materials may vary due to application techniques and environmental conditions.

USING STUCCO PATCH:

SURFACE PREPARATION: Remove all loose, unsound and contaminated stucco from the area to be patched. Open cracks to minimum 1/4" width. Surface should be free of materials that will interfere with bonding such as dirt, oil, paint, loose material or any other material that inhibits bonding. In hot, dry, or windy environmental conditions pre-wetting of the surface to be patched may be necessary.

MIXING:
Stucco Patch can be mixed by hand or mechanical mixer. Add the measured amount of cool, clean water to the mixing bucket and slowly add the dry Stucco Patch while mixing. Mix to a uniform, lump free, consistency. Avoid over-watering. Clean mixing bucket and tools between batches. Do NOT re-temper.

PLACEMENT:
Apply Stucco Patch to the repair area with a trowel or putty knife. Finish smooth and flush with the surface. Use a trowel, float or sponge to match the texture with the surrounding area. As soon as the material dries it may be primed and painted to match the surrounding area.

TEMPERATURE:
Warm temperatures will reduce the working time of Stucco Patch and cold temperatures below 70°F (21°C) will increase the working time. To adjust the setting time, use warm or cold mix water. Stucco Patch should not be applied if surface or ambient temperature is below 45°F (7.2°C)

LIMITED WARRANTY:
CTS Cement Manufacturing Corporation warrants its material to be of good quality, and, at its sole option, within one year of sale, will replace defective materials or refund the purchase price thereof and such replacement or refund shall be the limit of CTS's responsibility. Except for the foregoing, all warranties, express or implied including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded. CTS shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the material.

CAUTION:
Stucco Patch contains cementitious materials and may cause irritation to lungs, eyes, and skin. Avoid contact. Use only in adequate ventilation. Do NOT breathe dust. Wet mixture may cause burns. Wear suitable gloves, eye protection and protective clothing. In case of skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of eye contact, flush immediately and repeatedly with large quantities of water and get prompt medical attention. In case of difficulty breathing, remove person to fresh air. If difficulty breathing persists, seek medical attention.
